The first five minutes

Plan the answers guests should reach for first.

01

“What’s the Wi-Fi?”

Prepare the network, password, and sample QR presentation.

02

“How does this house work?”

Structure parking, climate, pool, trash, safety, and checkout guidance.

03

“What’s nearby?”

Prepare restaurants, markets, attractions, tours, and local context.

04

“How do I reach the host?”

Define the approved contact route and emergency information.

Pilot deployment path

Five gates from screen record to supported hardware.

The first three are represented in the early-access manager. Player delivery, secure heartbeat, offline behavior, and compatibility validation remain pilot gates.

01

Create the profile

Prepare property, guest, guide, and brand presentation in the workspace.

02

Generate the code

Create a unique setup code and screen record for the intended room.

03

Select the property

Link the screen record to the correct organization and property profile.

04

Validate hardware

Confirm the selected TV, player, input, remote, network, and streaming behavior during the pilot.

05

Verify the player

Complete secure pairing, heartbeat, content delivery, offline fallback, and support checks before launch.

Discuss this plan

Final pricing and availability depend on player delivery, secure pairing, compatibility, installation, support, and deployment requirements.

Technical gates

Validate the screen around the property and hardware.

Compatibility

No universal compatibility is claimed. Each TV, player, input, remote, and network configuration must be tested.

Navigation

The website preview demonstrates large focus states; production remote and touch behavior remains hardware-specific.

Playback safety

Secure pairing, offline content, account isolation, streaming sessions, and update recovery must pass pilot verification.

Welcome FAQs

Know what is operational—and what is still a device pilot.

Discuss your TVs
Does Rentabe Welcome work with every TV?

No. The screen manager and interactive preview are available in early access, but the production player, supported-hardware matrix, secure pairing heartbeat, and offline playback are still pilot work.

Will streaming apps log guests out automatically?

Streaming session management depends on the device, operating system, and individual streaming application. Deployment testing and clear guest guidance remain important.

What is the difference between Partner and Private?

Partner is a lower-cost plan that may include selected local offers managed by Rentabe. Private shows no third-party campaigns and provides greater brand control.

Does the property manager receive advertising revenue?

No. Partner campaigns and advertising revenue are managed by Rentabe. The customer receives a lower subscription price in exchange for allowing selected partner content.

What works in the manager today?

A workspace user can create and edit property screen profiles, preview guest content, generate device codes, add or edit screen records, and track setup, online, or offline status records. A status record is not proof of a connected production player.

Which languages are supported in the demo?

The interactive website demonstration includes English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Confirm production language availability for your deployment.
