Contact and demo requests are validated by the Rentabe server and are delivered only when a verified submission backend is configured; otherwise they are rejected with a clear error. Login and workspace creation redirect to the Rentabe application origin so the public website does not receive account passwords. Password reset requests use a server-only adapter when configured.
Device and usage information
Necessary browser storage may preserve cookie preferences and the local support-chat conversation. Optional analytics and marketing remain off unless the visitor chooses them.
How information may be used
Information submitted through a configured production service may be used to respond to requests, provide the service, secure accounts, improve product workflows, and meet legal obligations. The exact production purposes and processors must be documented before launch.
Retention and choices
Production retention periods, deletion requests, account controls, and regional privacy rights will be documented based on the final operating and legal requirements.
