Activation requirements

Connect the application to the verified SMTP or API endpoint
Publish and verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Add queues, retries, suppression, and delivery event handling
Scan inbound and uploaded content where applicable
Test every account and operational template end to end

Availability is confirmed per organization, environment, account, property, and channel. A configured interface, stored credential, or preview screen is not evidence that third-party data or money is moving in production.
